Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs and details? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. Final shipping costs are displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Another note on shipping; It can take anywhere from 3 business days to 2 weeks for you to receive your items, depending on what you have ordered. To keep our products fresh and to give you the best possible prices many of our products are drop shipped from our suppliers.
