MODIFILAN, is a nutritional supplement made from the brown seaweed Laminaria Japonica.
Available as a kosher gelatin capsule and as a kosher vegetarian capsule*.
*There is a school of thought that it is better to use the gelatin capsule because it is said to dissolve more efficiently in the stomach than the vegetarian capsule which is said to dissolve more in the intestine rather than the stomach. So, in theory this would allow greater absorption of the product.
