You can begin to get baby used to the potty around 7 months . Sit baby on potty first thing in the morning and when baby wets you should cheer and entertain baby. This amusing reinforcement will make baby want to use potty when physically able to know when he/she has to go (about 18 months). Plastic potty slips in and out from back to empty.
